I've posted another short flash fiction piece on Story-a-Day, called Red Mittens. I wrote it a couple of months ago, and found it again when I went to save another story I'm writing (maybe I'm getting my mojo back?)

Nice! Good story. The significance of the red mittens was a little lost on me, but the picture you've painted through words was, at the end, quite interesting. To have that kind of beauty and bleakness contrasted was pretty darn cool.
There is not really anything significant about the mittens. I think I was working towards something, but I had to stop too soon, and didn't get anywhere with it.
