Here is a picture of me working at Starbucks (not an employee, but in the 3rd place sense). I find it hard to work at home, too easy to procrastinate, and I find it hard working around my roommates, their noise bugs me, even though it is less than the noise at Starbucks. It's really odd. I think there is something helpful about the environment though - it is kind of "cool" to be seen working on a laptop with a coffee (little expensive, but still cool).
