No, it is not some profound article on some political action issue, nor some heartwarming tale, but rather Stephen King's latest column for Entertainment Weekly about the upcoming release of Harry Potter 7. I absolutely love Stephen King the columnist, even if I am lukewarm on his fiction, and I think this article is a good case in point. He never talks down to the reader (plus he is interesting). I think that is important in nonfiction or at least something that I value as a nonfiction writer and reader. Never be pretentious, and never be dry.
