Sigh. I decided to telecommute today because I was feeling icky from not having eaten yesterday. So I also decided to get some home chores done as well, and as I brought a load of laundry down, my ankle gave out and I fell down the stairs!

I'm not badly injured, having fallen on a large pile of clothes, but my ankle is swelling up again, and now my other leg is sore too. In retrospect, I probably should have iced my ankle the first time I fell, but at least now I have a bag of peas in the freezer I can turn to.

Oh, yeah, don't even want to talk about that hospital bill - highway robbery! I'm going to submit my story to Micheal Moore's 'Sicko' movie group on YouTube.
